General Store Policies
Please read our store policies before sending an email, message, DM, or contacting us as most questions we get can be answered here. If you do need to contact us, please contact us via email at kyebentleycrystals@gmail .com as opposed to comments on Social Media or DMs. Due to the amount of comments and DMs we can get, we are not always able to answer them all in a timely manner. All emails will be answered within 1 business day.
Once your order has been shipped by our store, most questions pertaining to shipping, tracking, and delivery are out of our hands, however, we will do our best to assist you where we can. Once shipped, it is best to contact USPS (or the shipping courier that we provided to you at the time of shipping) since they will most likely have more Information than we do regarding your shipping status. - Returns, Refunds, and/or Cancellations: All Sales are final and we generally will not accept returns or provide refunds. Our processing time on all orders is 5 business days, however, orders are generally processed and shipped sooner. If your package is returned to us because of an error in your address, you will be required to purchase another shipping label before your order is sent out a second time. If you do not wish to have your order sent out a second time, it will be canceled. If a mistake is made on our part and the order is returned to us, we will ship it out a second time free of charge. If you would like to change your shipping address after you place an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email and we will gladly change your shipping address as long as the order has not already been shipped out.
- Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders i.e. holidays, holiday season, or sales events. If you need an order rushed or need it delivered by a specific date, please specify in the order notes or email us when placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Once the order is shipped it is out of our control and we can not guarantee its arrival time.
- Order Shows Delivered But Hasn't Arrived: Please contact your local USPS office first with delivery or tracking concerns. Our first suggestion for you will be to contact them because it is more likely that they can resolve this issue quicker than we can. There have been times USPS has marked a package as delivered but it is still at the local post office. If you have contacted the post office and your package has been lost to stolen, please let us know as soon as possible so a claim can be filed with USPS and we can work with you on resolution options. - Tracking Numbers: All orders are shipped through USPS (unless otherwise specified at the time of shipping) and receive a free tracking number which is emailed to you. If for some reason you do not receive a tracking number via email, please reach out to us and we will gladly provide it to you.
- Broken and/or Damaged Items: Although we wrap and package each item in an attempt to protect it during the shipping process, accidents do happen in transit. Rest assured, we will always do our best to make your order right. Please contact us right away if you receive broken or damaged products so a claim can be filed with USPS. If your order is broken, we will replace your piece as long as there is stock available. If the situation can not be resolved any other way, a refund may be issued as a last resort and in an attempt to resolve your issue.
- Gift Wrapping: We offer gift wrapping! If you need gift wrapping or a message attached to your order, please leave a note at checkout or email us as soon as the order is placed to accommodate.
