General Store Policies
Please read our store policies before sending an email, message, DM, or contacting us as most questions we get can be answered here. If you do need to contact us, please contact us via email at kyebentleycrystals@gmail .com as opposed to comments on Social Media or DMs. Due to the amount of comments and DMs we can get, we are not always able to answer them all in a timely manner. All emails will be answered within 1 business day.
Once your order has been shipped by our store, most questions pertaining to shipping, tracking, and delivery are out of our hands, however, we will do our best to assist you where we can. Once shipped, it is best to contact USPS (or the shipping courier that we provided to you at the time of shipping) since they will most likely have more Information than we do regarding your shipping status.
